Identifying
the originality of emails sent from ITServ/Helpdesk

Since
there are many faked emails claiming to be originated
from ITServ/Helpdesk, we would like to provide following
guideline to determine the originality of the emails
sent from ITServ/Helpdesk:
Any email
sent by ITServ/Helpdesk must have ‘Reply-to’ address
helpdesk@ait.ac.th
or helpdesk@ait.asia. Otherwise
it is definitely a faked or hoax email and therefore
please ignore it (please note, you may need to look
at the header of the email in order to find the ‘Reply-to’
address).
