| A: If you are in the campus kindly visit AIT Helpdesk in ITServ Building Room 203 during office hours to get your password reset. Bring along your AIT ID Card as well If you are not in the campus ask your advisor (for students) or your supervisor (for employees) to email us from their AIT email ID to reset the password of your AIT account. |
